The goal of 30/30/30 is to do 30 minutes of any exercises you enjoy for 30 days straight from now until Dec. 31. This will then get you $30 off of the 30/30/30 package. An easy way for most people to incorporate exercise into their daily life is to start with either 30 minutes at one time or two 15 minute sessions each day.
