AT-HOME WORK OUT PROGAM

 

Your P.E.T. PROGRAM will include the following:

  • Customized training program for you

  • Proper techniques and form

  • Variety of exercises that increase flexibility and stability

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Motivation and goal setting

  • Exercise for your dog is built into your program

5 STEPS TO ACCOMPLISHING A HEALTHIER YOU

  1. Define your goals

  2. Asses your fitness

  3. Personal efficient training

  4. Coaching, training and accountability

  5. Re- assessment of your goals every 3-4 weeks

 

 

At home sessions up to three times a week 

 

  • Individual: $50/ hour

  • 2 people:  $75/hour ($37.50 each) (friends or couples)

GROUP CLASSES

GROUP CLASSES
